The regular tours are in Dutch.
There is no guarantee of a complete English speaking regular tour. Should this be the case, we will provide you with a English tour copy.
Private and Group tours are available in other languages such as German or English and of course in Dutch.
The maximum participants per guided tour is 15.
Its recommended to be present at least 10 minutes before the tour begins.
The tour lasts a little over an hour.
Mobility
There is no elevator at the location. Ascending the Tower is only possible for those who have good mobility.
Children are welcome at the Tower as well!
Children of 6 years and under are welcome if they are able to walk on their own.
Kids are eligible to receive a special certificate if they fully climb the tower on their own.
Keep in mind that there are 288steps -with intervals- to climb before you reach the top.
The tour start at the main entrance of the tower located at Torenstraat in The Hague. This is distinguished by the Big red doors facing the main street.
Blind and partially sighted
We offer the opportunity to climb the tower with a sign language interpreter. This interpreter can come along free of charge. However, it is necessary to indicate this in advance.
Optional: We can provide an information sheet with a summary of the tour.
Restrooms
There are no restrooms in The Great Church and De Haagse Toren. We recommend using toilets in the immediate vincinity around The Great Church (charges may apply).

Pelgrims bij De Haagse Toren
Lopers die zijn aangesloten bij Het Nederlands Genootschap van Sint Jacob kunnen bij De Haagse Toren een stempel halen voor hun pelgrimspaspoort.
Wil je ook de Toren beklimmen, dan kun je een boeking maken los van een Pelgrim stempel. *Toren beklimming is optioneel.
